For any illness, loss of property, accident, death, or injury of any sort sustained by any individual while on the tour, Travel Around India disclaims all liability. If scheduled flights or trains are cancelled on both ends or for other unavoidable reasons, Travel Around India will not be held liable for any postponement or delay in the package. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify the program in the event of emergencies or other uncontrollable circumstances. No modifications to the scheduled date of travel. No service of the vehicle during free time or after the tour is over. Any additional costs incurred therefrom shall be paid by the client on the spot. Only upon receipt of payment confirmation and advance payment can a tour be confirmed. Hotel is contingent to room availability at the time of booking confirmation; in the event that a hotel of a comparable caliber is not available, we will offer an alternative. Unless otherwise noted, our offer is based on using the base category rooms at the hotels listed. If this category of rooms is not available, we will attempt to confirm accommodations in the next available higher category of rooms and will notify you of any additional costs associated with doing so while updating the status. An additional bed or mattress would be given for a triple occupancy. Please be aware that there will be two to three rounds of additional check-in at Srinagar Airport, so if you are departing by plane, allow at least one and a half hours extra for check-in. You must go identify your luggage even after check-in; only then will luggage be transferred to the flight
