Payment and Policy
Payment policy states that 50% of the total payment must be made upon confirmation, with the remaining balance due one week before the package starts. An acknowledgment receipt for the down payment will be given to you.
Policy for Cancellations and Refunds
- 07 days before the arrival date, cancel: Absent, Completely Not Refundable
- 20% Refundable Before 10 Days
- 40% Refundable Before 15 Days
- 60% Refundable Before 30 Days
- 80% Refundable Before 45 days
Verbal cancellations will not be accepted; the notice of cancellation must be made in
writing to our office.
You agree to pay the full package price listed on the voucher in the event. If you depart early, there will be no reimbursement of any unused service, in part or in full, regardless of the reason. Missed flight, train, or cancellation; all deposits are non-refundable
